Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Validity: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused balances will be forfeited after the expiration date.

2. Redemption: Gift cards can only be redeemed on www.handmadeharmony.co.uk 

3. Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other gift cards.

4. Partial Use: If the total order amount is less than the value of the gift card, the unused balance will remain on the card until the expiry date.

5. Multiple Gift Cards: More than one gift card can be used per transaction.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards. Please treat your gift card code like cash.

7. Discount Codes: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or combined with promotional discount codes unless otherwise stated.

8. Order Cancellations: If you return or cancel an item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit (subject to our Return Policy).

9. Currency: Gift cards are issued in GBP £ and can only be used in that currency.

10. Fraud: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards or orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
